Jonathan White is a keynote speaker, attorney, and founder who speaks from experience rather than theory.
After more than 25 years building a legal career across litigation, real estate, and estate planning, Jonathan came to understand something that no law school teaches: the habits and patterns that drive early success often become the very things that limit what comes next. He learned this the hard way- as a founder navigating growth, as a leader getting leadership wrong before getting it right, and as a person who spent years staying busy to avoid being still.
That recognition became the foundation for his speaking. His keynote Stop Running explores how inherited survival strategies quietly become long-term limitations, and how to interrupt them without losing momentum or identity. His leadership talk Serving First: The Hard Way I Learned to Lead challenges leaders to rethink what authority really means when people are counting on you.
Jonathan is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Jordan & White, LLC, a Massachusetts law firm recognized for its work at the intersection of estate planning, probate administration, and real estate law. He has been named a Boston Magazine Top Lawyer for Trusts and Estates and serves as a faculty presenter for MCLE and the Real Estate Bar Association.
Outside the office he has spent a lifetime on the ice as a hockey player, coach, and referee; and considers his Peloton a close second.
